Terms and Conditions
- All commissions are for personal use by the commissioner only, and I reserve the right to post commissioned work to my portfolio and my social media for self-promotion. If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know up front.- You must be at least 18 years of age to commission a render.- At this time, I am only working with characters from Baldur's Gate 3.- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.- NSFW requests can be discussed. I am currently not accepting commissions for fully explicit scenes (fully visible genitalia), but I am comfortable with nudity and suggestive/implied poses.- The creation of one custom OC (original character/Tav/Durge) Blender model is included in any commission. Additional fees apply for heavily modded characters ($5 - $10 per character, depending on complexity) and for additional OC models (+$15 for the creation of an additional OC). Models are for my use only for your commission and will not be distributed.- Renders with more than 2 characters can be discussed and will be quoted at a higher rate based on complexity.- Mods are welcome with the mod author’s permission, but please note that some mods will not be usable. In this case, I am willing to work with you to find an alternative asset or cancel your commission, if you wish.- To build your OC's model in Blender, I will require all of the same information I would need to recreate them in game, along with at least one clear, up-close screenshot of their face from the magic mirror menu. I will also require a list of any mods used and full body screenshots of their outfit, if applicable.- Payment is accepted up front via PayPal or Ko-fi, only AFTER we have discussed and agreed upon your request. If I am building your OC’s model, payment is accepted after the model is approved.- Minor color correcting revisions can be made to the model at any point during the process (skin tone, hair color, etc). If I have to make any major mesh changes such as outfits, hairstyle, etc. after the model has been approved and I have started posing, then there may be additional fees.- Please allow me up to 4 weeks to complete your request. I usually work faster than this, but some requests can take a bit more time. I will provide updates at each stage of the process, but you can also keep up with my progress and current queue on my public Trello board, which is linked at the bottom of this page.- Upon completion, I will deliver two files: one with my watermark and one without. The version without my watermark is for your personal use only. If you would like to publicly share the final commission on social media (feel free to share!), I ask that you only post the version with my watermark on it.- I do not offer refunds unless I am for some reason unable to complete your request.- Use of my artwork (commissioned or otherwise) in AI training or generating is strictly prohibited.
